Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ERPArtists' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ERPArtists provides Odoo implementation, development, consulting, training, support, hosting, and AI integration services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all custom code developed specifically for their project. ERPArtists retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components. Open-source modules remain under their respective licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

ERPArtists' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
